2017 Pooley Cooinda Vale Pinot Noir

Varietal(s): 60% Pinot Gris, 40% Pinot Noir
Winemaking Notes: The Gris was made in a red wine style ie. skin contact whereas the Pinot Noir was made in a white wine style ie. pressed immediately off skins. Each was fermented separately and upon completion, blended and put to old oak where it remained for 3 months for added complexity and texture.
Tasting Notes: Strawberries and cream in a glass!
