Product Description
This dornfelder is from a single vineyard in the north west, predominantly whole berry, 5% whole bunch, natural yeast, pressed to and matured in oak. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.

Tasting Notes
Intense deep colour. Aromatics of rich blackberries and anise. Dusty mouth-filling tannins, precise acidity.

2019

Typical flavour and bouquet of this Spanish variety. Aged in French Oak for 18 months and has the complexity associated with the tempranillo in a good year.
This wine will accompany most meats and can be drunk early or kept for up to ten years.
